You justify and optimize the design of structures by performing sizing calculations and checking resistance to static, dynamic, and thermal loads, in compliance with current standards. You write the technical documentation relating to calculation activities during all phases of the project, including during tests. You actively participate in internal progress meetings and with customers. What you bring: You hold an ETH degree or equivalent (Bac+5). At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position. You must master strength of materials calculations and have a good mechanical sense. You perfectly understand finite element theory and know how to justify your modeling choices. You express yourself and write with ease in French and English. You are able to defend your technical solutions in these two languages. Mastery of FEMAP, MSC Nastran calculation software is imperative. Knowledge of standards such as Eurocodes, FEM and EN 13001 would be a real asset. You are an autonomous, organized, and rigorous person and are proactive.
