Your mission ##

You manage heating projects from A to Z, with a focus on energy renovations and the replacement of existing installations with heat pumps.

Heating Project Manager - 100%

You ensure:

• The complete planning, organization, and supervision of construction sites, in compliance with deadlines, quality, costs, and safety rules.
• The coordination of all resources and stakeholders: technical sales staff, technical office, suppliers, subcontractors, and installation teams.
• The administrative and financial monitoring of projects (reports, measurements, time sheets, cost control, technical documentation).
• The main interface with clients, architects, property management companies, owners, and partners throughout the entire realization phase.
• Providing your technical expertise on heat pumps, heat distribution systems, and modern energy solutions, particularly in renovation contexts.
• The supervision, training, and skill development of employees and apprentices.
• The continuous improvement of working methods, as well as compliance with health and safety standards and rules.

Your profile ##

• CFC heating installer or equivalent training; higher education (federal diploma of project manager, foreman, or equivalent) is an asset.
• Proven experience in managing heating construction sites, ideally in the field of heat pumps and energy renovation.
• Solid technical knowledge of modern heating systems, particularly heat pumps and their integration into existing buildings.
• Ease in the financial monitoring of construction sites and resource management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and to prioritize effectively.
• Natural leadership, sense of responsibility, and ability to mobilize teams around common goals.
• Strong customer orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and interest in sustainable technical solutions.
• Sensitivity to the challenges of the energy transition and curiosity for new heating technologies.
• Proficiency in standard IT tools.
• Driver's license indispensable.
• 100% availability for the position, with regular presence on construction sites and within the company.
