Accountant-Scholarship Officer
The Association scolaire intercommunale du Haut-Lac (ASPIHL) brings together the municipalities of Chessel, Noville, Rennaz, Roche and Villeneuve. It ensures the management and development of the school infrastructure and services necessary for students in the Haut-Lac region.
In a dynamic and constantly evolving environment, ASPIHL notably coordinates the management of school buildings and infrastructure, school transport, student reception and catering, as well as the administrative and financial aspects related to its activities.
Human-sized and close to the municipalities it represents, ASPIHL offers a varied working environment, where autonomy, collaboration and a sense of public service occupy a central place.
We are looking for
Accountant-Scholarship Officer 50%
Your main missions
Maintenance of general accounting according to the MCH2 model
Management of debtors and creditors
Monitoring of treasury and payments
Preparation of the budget and closing of annual accounts
Budgetary monitoring and financial analyses
Preparation of financial elements intended for the Executive Committee and the Intercommunal Council
Management and monitoring of investments
Collaboration with member municipalities, control bodies and the various partners of the Association
Participation in administrative and financial work related to ASPIHL activities
Preparation of salary statements, social security contributions, withholding tax and salary certificates
Your profile
Recognized training in the field of accounting and/or finance
Confirmed experience in accounting
Experience in a public administration or a public authority is a real asset
Knowledge of the MCH2 accounting model, desired
Very good command of standard IT tools
Excellent organizational skills, autonomy and rigor
Analytical spirit and ease with numbers
Discretion and sense of responsibility
Ability to work within a small team and in an environment involving several institutional partners
