This gives you the opportunity to carefully familiarize yourself with the versatile field of tasks and to be responsible for it independently in the future.   Specialist Production Planning & AVOR 80-100% Your tasks • You plan, schedule, and monitor the production orders • On the basis of sales forecasts, you ensure proactive material and resource planning • You identify bottlenecks in material or capacities early on and ensure suitable solutions • You keep an eye on inventory levels and optimize them while considering high delivery capability • As an important interface, you work closely with production, purchasing, sales, and development • You maintain the relevant master and planning data in the ERP system • You use key figures and evaluations to question processes and initiate improvements   What you bring with you • You have a technical vocational training and have ideally further educated yourself towards processes, production, or supply chain • You have already gained sound practical experience in production planning, work preparation, or production control • You understand production processes and material flows holistically and recognize dependencies early • You work proactively, structurally, and solution-oriented and maintain an overview even with changing priorities • You like to roll up your sleeves, make decisions, and pursue topics consistently until implementation • Working with different specialist departments suits you and you communicate clearly, reliably, and at eye level • You communicate confidently in German; additional language skills are welcome   What awaits you • A versatile task with a lot of responsibility and creative freedom • Thorough induction and gradual takeover of the area of responsibility • Short decision-making paths and an open Du-culture • Flexible working hours and attractive employment conditions • Good internal and external development opportunities   Interested?
