To strengthen our purchasing team, we are looking for a Purchaser 100% (m/w) immediately## This is your future activity • Purchasing of mechanical components as well as auxiliary and operating materials while meeting the specified quality, price, and deadline targets • Communication with suppliers as well as internal interfaces such as: quality department, testing stations, work preparation, project managers, etc. • Monitoring of deadlines, costs, quality, and availability of purchased parts • Processing and coordination of complaints • Inquiry, comparison, and evaluation of offers • Negotiations with suppliers including contract design and order processing • Supplier management such as supplier evaluation, supplier visits, portfolio optimization, conducting audits • Participation in make-or-buy topics, projects, tendering, as well as participation in shopfloor meetings • Collaboration on procurement strategy and its further development We require • Completed technical basic training, preferably as a polymechanic, or a comparable education and corresponding further training in the field of procurement (e.g. purchasing specialist) • Several years of purchasing experience in an international environment • Good technical know-how, preferably in the field of mechanics • Negotiation-secure German and English skills • SAP and MS-Office skills • Sympathetic and dynamic personality with outstanding communication skills and result-oriented negotiation skills We offer you a varied range of tasks in a modern and dynamic environment.
