Operations Manager - Building Automation / MCR (M/F) - 100% - PERMANENT POSITION

Your mission As part of the development of its activities, our client, a lovely company recognized for its expertise in building techniques, is looking for an Operations Manager - Building Automation / MCR. Your missions - Ensure the operational responsibility of a team of about ten employees (technicians, automation engineers, and project managers), by promoting their development and skill enhancement. - Manage all operations related to building automation and MCR projects. - Supervise, support, and develop technical teams and project managers. - Ensure the operational monitoring of projects by ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and set objectives. - Define priorities, optimize resources, and guarantee the performance of activities. - Supervise technical studies, functional analyses of installations (HVAC), programming, and commissioning. - Ensure the application of standards, procedures, and safety requirements. - Participate in the development of the activity by maintaining a relationship of trust with clients and partners. - Collaborate closely with management in order to contribute to the strategy and development of the company. Your profile • Master or Engineering degree in automation, electrotechnics, regulation, climate engineering, or in an equivalent technical field (indispensable criterion). - Proven experience in building automation, MCR, or building techniques. - Significant experience in team management and steering operational activities. - Excellent skills in technical project management. - Solid knowledge of regulation systems, BMS, and HVAC installations. - Natural leadership, sense of organization, and ability to unite teams. - Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation. - Analytical spirit, initiative, and ability to evolve in a demanding environment.
