IT Technician - 100% - Temporary mission Your role As an IT Technician, you join the Operations Center team of our client and contribute to ensuring the monitoring, control, and continuity of IT systems. You play an essential role in maintaining operations, by monitoring all technical and application components of the information system, participating in incident management, and guaranteeing the proper functioning of IT services. You evolve within an operations team and collaborate with support and engineering teams as well as various technical stakeholders to ensure the stability and availability of the IT environment. Your mission • You ensure the monitoring and control of the various components of the information system, notably Compute, Storage, Network environments and applications, in order to guarantee their proper functioning. • You control the smooth running of backups and ensure the monitoring of daily operations. • You detect, qualify, and diagnose software, hardware, and system malfunctions, then ensure their transmission to the relevant support teams. • You participate in incident management by assessing their impact, applying the appropriate severity levels, ensuring communication with stakeholders, and following their resolution until closure. • You contribute to the restoration of services by performing documented technical tasks that allow for the restoration of normal infrastructure functioning. • You participate in the administration and updating of configuration data, notably through the maintenance of information present in the CMDB and scheduled tasks. • You accompany internal and external stakeholders during their interventions in data centers, while ensuring compliance with current procedures and directives. • You participate in technical operations on different sites, notably during interventions on collaboration equipment, conference rooms, and peripheral equipment. • You write, update, and maintain the operational procedures necessary for the proper functioning of the Operations Center. Your profile • Holder of a CFC training or equivalent, you have good knowledge of information systems, infrastructure, and IT architecture. • You possess a good capacity for analysis and synthesis, as well as an aptitude to identify and resolve technical problems within the framework of established procedures. • You are comfortable in multidisciplinary technical environments and know how to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders and support teams. • You rigorously apply operational procedures and know how to manage priorities while ensuring quality reporting. • You demonstrate a strong sense of service, autonomy, and a collaborative spirit. You are recognized for your rigor, your ability to take initiative, and your aptitude to work effectively in a demanding environment subject to operational constraints. • You are capable of evolving in a support and operations context with extended hours (2 shifts 6h to 22h), while maintaining a high level of quality and reliability in the execution of your activities. • You perfectly master French and have a good level of English.
