As Operations Representative, you are part of our Operations team and learn how we design, plan, and implement our intelligent plant concepts for large companies with many contacts as well as smaller customers with unique projects. In doing so, you make a significant contribution to the health and well-being of employees. In this role, the following tasks are included: Planning/preparation of assigned projects from A to Z: Creating a project overview: You create an overview of your projects (mainly greening) and organize the necessary: You take over direct communication with customers, moving companies, and suppliers to determine all necessary details for the realization of the project. Implementation of projects: On site: After planning your projects, you are on site with customers and coordinate the smooth implementation of: You install sensors and share the OxygenX Dashboards, so that customers have access to their air quality data afterwards. Project completion: You ensure that the greening concepts are implemented correctly according to plan and that your projects are completed to the full satisfaction of our customers and other departments. What you bring Project management: Ideally, you have a great interest in project management. Initial experiences are a plus. Communication strength: You speak fluent German and English, are communicative, and can handle various contacts (e.g., movers, customers, internal teams). Good Swiss knowledge is a plus. Organizational talent: You are able to plan and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, bring a love of detail, and keep an overview. Practical skill: You like to get hands-on and are not afraid to actively contribute to the implementation of plant projects. Flexibility and mobility: You are happy to be on the road and willing to visit customer sites (all over Switzerland) and like variety (Office & Field Work). Team spirit: You work well in a team and network with other departments and external partners. Proactive attitude: You are motivated to work independently and bring a high level of initiative.
