Your tasks

• Holistic care and support of patients with different clinical pictures
• Planning, management and implementation of the nursing process in close cooperation with the interdisciplinary team
• Accompanying and supporting relatives in all nursing-related questions
• Implementation of current quality and hygiene standards to ensure optimal care
• Documentation and evaluation of nursing measures

Your profile

• Diploma as Pflegefachperson HF/FH or an equivalent training recognized in Switzerland
• High degree of responsibility and a patient-oriented way of working
