To strengthen our teams in Pully and Fribourg, we are looking for a holder of the certified public accountant diploma with approval as an auditor according to ASR - to fill a position as head of mandate. You have solid experience in fiduciary and/or auditing and wish to evolve in a dynamic and demanding environment. In this responsible role, you will manage a portfolio of SME clients autonomously, with a particular emphasis on the restaurant and hotel sectors. You will be a trusted partner for your clients and will accompany them proactively in their financial, tax, and organizational challenges. Additionally, you will perform ordinary and limited audits. Tasks ### Accounting and consulting mandates • You will manage and develop your own portfolio of SME clients autonomously • You will be the primary point of contact and advise your clients proactively • You will supervise and support employees (accounting assistants), ensuring the quality of work • You will ensure compliance with current standards and optimize accounting processes • You will supervise salary management for your files • You will accompany your clients in their financial, organizational, and strategic decisions (company creation, restructuring, succession, etc.) Audit • You will perform ordinary and limited audits in accordance with the requirements of the CO and ASR Taxation & VAT • You will intervene as a trusted partner in tax consulting (optimization, planning) • You will supervise the preparation of tax returns (PP and PM) as well as the preparation of VAT statements • You will advise our clients in more complex tax situations Cooperation • You will work closely with management and other sites in French-speaking Switzerland Digitalization & automation • You will actively participate in the optimization and automation of fiduciary processes for your clients.
