Mandated by one of our clients, a leader in its field based in Lausanne, we are looking for a collaborator customer service FR/ALL Ensure professional and courteous telephone reception of clients Take charge of and follow up on customer complaints in French and German Accompany clients in identifying their problems and providing them with adapted solutions (1st level support) Contribute to conveying a positive and attractive image of the company Your profile: CFC commercial employee Language skills (good level in French, German B2 minimum) Comfortable with computer tools First experience in telephone assistance (Call center, customer service,...)
