For an established Swiss company in the Glarnerland area, we are looking for a committed personality for operative purchasing in the course of modernization and further development at the new location.

Procure. Coordinate. Optimize.

Operative Buyer 60 - 80 %

Your tasks

• Operative procurement and order processing
• Monitoring of delivery dates, open orders and framework agreements
• Direct contact and coordination with suppliers
• Close cooperation with logistics and warehouse as well as participation in the optimization of the warehouse system and internal processes
• Maintenance of purchasing and master data in the ERP system

Your profile

• Commercial or technical basic training
• Ideally experience in operative purchasing or procurement
• Understanding of goods flows, warehouse and logistics
• Structured, reliable and independent way of working
• Good ERP and MS-Office skills
• Very good German skills as well as knowledge in English
