Production Staff 3-Shift (m/f/d)

We are a successful recruitment agency for temporary and permanent positions in the whole of Eastern Switzerland, specializing in the placement of personnel from industry, technology, construction, and office.

We are looking for a production staff member (m/f/d) 3-shift for our client on a temporary basis, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks:

• Weighing and preparing pigments and raw materials according to recipe
• Loading extruders with the corresponding materials
• Monitoring the production process
• Filling, packaging, and labeling products
• Compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations
• Cleaning and simple maintenance work on machines and workplaces

Requirements:

• Experience in production or industry is an advantage (chemistry, plastics, paints/coatings)
• Willingness to work in 3-shift operation
• Careful and reliable work (exact weighing)
• Physically resilient and technically understanding
• Team-oriented and responsible
• Good German language skills in word and writing
