Position sought:
Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF Psychiatry (m/w/d)

Your tasks:
Professional nursing and care of patients in a psychiatric environment
Planning, implementation, and evaluation of the individual nursing process
Observation and assessment of the mental and physical state of health
Promotion of independence and support with daily and day structuring
Recognition of crisis situations and initiation of appropriate nursing measures
Establishing a professional therapeutic relationship with the patients
Collaboration with doctors, psychologists, therapists, and other specialists
Professional guidance and support of employees
Ensuring complete nursing documentation

Your profile:
Completed training as dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF or dipl. Pflegefachmann HF
Professional experience in the psychiatric field is an advantage
Good German language skills in speaking and writing
High degree of empathy and social competence
Psychological resilience and professional handling of demanding situations
Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
Willingness to work shift services depending on the employing company

Working regions:
Various regions in German-speaking Switzerland, depending on the employing company.
