Operator Messlabor CAY / COM 100% Your area of responsibility Execution of measurement and testing orders according to customer requirements, specifications and deadlines Planning and preparation of measurements incl. selection and provision of suitable measurement and testing equipment Calibration, control and professional operation of measuring systems Evaluation, interpretation and documentation of measurement results as well as creation of test reports Ensuring correct SAP feedback (booking of production orders) Analysis of measurement deviations as well as participation in the processing of error and complaint cases Collaboration in connector and cable assembly as well as production-related support Training of internal as well as temporary employees Active participation in continuous improvements (KVP) as well as implementation of Lean principles (5S, MUDA) Your profile Technical basic training, ideally in the field of electronics, measurement technology or production Several years of experience in assembly and/or measurement technology, preferably in a production-related environment Experience in handling measuring equipment Good skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings Knowledge in Lean Management and its practical application is an advantage High technical understanding and precise working style Strong quality awareness and economic way of thinking Team-oriented, communicative and resilient personality with high social competence Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working Willingness to actively share knowledge and take responsibility in the team Good IT knowledge; SAP knowledge is an advantage Very good German skills in speaking and writing, English skills are a plus Flexibility as well as willingness for overtime and shift work Why +SUHNER?
