Your responsibilities
In close collaboration with the implementation project manager, you will notably be responsible for:
Planning, coordinating, and supervising the execution of works
Ensuring the monitoring of costs, deadlines, and quality
Ensuring compliance with standards, contractual requirements, and safety rules
Organizing handovers, ensuring the monitoring of warranty works, and conducting the handover of the structure
Your profile
Training as an architect or ES technician in construction management
At least five years of professional experience in Switzerland in planning and construction management
Proficiency in standard IT tools, notably Messerli, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage construction sites autonomously and to guarantee compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality
Sense of organization, precision, and rigor
Spirit of initiative, dynamism, and ability to make decisions
Excellent interpersonal skills and ease of communication with representatives, companies, and clients
