Your tasks

• Professional nursing planning, implementation and evaluation according to institutional standards.
• Independent implementation of demanding treatment nursing such as infusion therapy, medication management, clinical monitoring and wound treatment.
• Situation-specific assessment of complex nursing situations and derivation of suitable measures.
• Interprofessional collaboration with medicine, therapies, social services and relatives to ensure comprehensive care.
• Precise documentation of all processes - basis for quality assurance and professional job placement Belp.
• Optional assumption of extended tasks such as training new employees, participating in team coordination or supporting the leadership structure.
