Export Clerk 80-100% (all) - temporary

For our client in the city of Zürich, we are looking for a reliable and conscientious Export Clerk (all). This is a temporary employment that can be started immediately. The position is temporary until 30.6.2027.

Tasks

• Support and administrative assistance for Key Accounts, commercial agencies and smaller customers
• Coordination of order processing and cooperation with dispatching
• Creation of presentations, reports and export documentation
• Processing of rebate applications
• Maintenance of customer master data, price lists and action plans
• Participation in diverse tasks and projects in the international sales environment

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Further training in the field of export is a great advantage
• at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of export and/or in a consumer goods company is a great advantage
• Very good German and good English skills
• Confident handling of MS-Office
• Willingness for occasional, irregular business trips (approx. 1x month)
