Specialist Data Purchasing Specialist (M/F) 80 - 100% Active in Western Switzerland, we help our clients achieve their projects by providing global, efficient and sustainable energy solutions, whether it's electricity and heat production and distribution, electrical installations, home automation, soft mobility, air conditioning or water treatment. The Finance and IT Department provides its expertise in the company's financial management, purchasing and assets, as well as IT services. Mission: Guarantee the quality, reliability and governance of purchasing data in order to provide a solid basis for strategic decisions; Design and develop dashboards, performance indicators and analyses (spend, savings, forecasts) to support the management of purchases; Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automate processes using digital solutions (Power Automate, RPA, ERP D365); Ensure the role of Key User of the Purchasing module of the ERP by providing level 2 support and participating in the evolution of tools and test phases; Collaborate closely with the Purchasing, IT, Finance and Business teams to harmonize data, coordinate needs and ensure the consistency of processes at the Group level; Ensure the consistency and updating of the purchasing documentary library, as well as prepare and coordinate internal and external audits by ensuring compliance, traceability and availability of information. Profile: Bachelor's degree in Management Informatics, Business Economics or equivalent training; Experience in a Purchasing environment and/or in the creation of dashboards and reporting tools, an asset; Excellent mastery of Power BI, advanced Excel (Power Query), SQL, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and the Microsoft Office suite; Analytical mind, rigor, autonomy, sense of organization and ease of collaboration with varied interlocutors.
