What you bring with you:

• Technical basic training and completed further training in the field of construction and maintenance (Civil Engineering HFP, Structural Engineering technology or equivalent training)
• Proven project management and leadership experience regarding new construction and renovation projects, strong sense of responsibility, high social competence, communication skills, as well as decision-making and implementation strength
• Several years of experience in the structural maintenance of properties, in the support of new construction projects, and in the area of complex facility management, preferably in an operation with special security requirements
• High resilience, independence, and networked thinking in the areas of construction, HLKKS and electrical
• Minimum age: 35 years, impeccable reputation (criminal and debt enforcement register extract)

Your working environment

In the Justizvollzugsanstalt Lenzburg (https://www.ag.ch/de/verwaltung/dvi/strafverfolgung-strafvollzug/jva-lenzburg), persons are cared for who have been sentenced to a prison sentence or to a detention measure. The offering includes 380 execution places for closed execution, pre-trial detention, and short sentences.
