Salesperson (50–80%) Work location: Bern For our customer, we are looking for motivated, friendly and reliable salespeople (50–80%) for the establishment of a new branch in Bern. Your tasks -Friendly and competent advice to customers -Active sale of the assortment -Operating the cash register -Binding flower bouquets after internal bouquet-binding training -Care and attractive presentation of the goods -Replenishing and managing the assortment -Ensuring a well-maintained appearance of the sales area Your profile -Experience in sales, retail, gastronomy, hospitality or service -Motivated career changers with enjoyment in customer contact are also very welcome -Very good German skills (at least level B2) -Enjoyment in dealing with people and a service-oriented way of working -Interest in flowers, plants and floristic craft -Physical resilience as well as an independent and reliable way of working -Willingness for shifts on weekends, public holidays as well as in early and late shifts (e.g. from 06:00 or until 20:00) -Willingness to undergo training in the branch in Basel before starting work in Bern What awaits you -Careful and comprehensive induction -Participation in the establishment of a new branch in Bern -A varied everyday working life in a motivated team -Pop-up assignment from September to the end of the year with the possibility of continued employment in other branches -Modern employment conditions Have we aroused your interest?
