Product Management Aebi The Aebi Schmidt Group is looking for a responsible person for the Aebi product portfolio (100 %) along the entire product lifecycle for Product Management Aebi at the CH-3401 Burgdorf location. In particular, the further development of our slope equipment carriers (Aebi TT), two-wheel mowers (Aebi CC) and transporters (Aebi TP/VT) is among your core tasks. Your tasks: You are responsible for the product roadmap, which you develop in coordination with the sales teams, taking into account market requirements, customer wishes, competitor analyses and future trends. Before a development project is started, you create the functional specification for these projects so that the development team can develop the right product. You are also significantly involved in supplier selection together with strategic procurement. In addition, cooperation and support of other departments is among your main tasks. You support the sales teams with customer inquiries and tenders with technical expertise and documentation. Together with the marketing team, you prepare the market launch and develop sales documents. You are also responsible for the development and implementation of product training for colleagues in various functions and countries.
