With around 160 employees, the foundation offers diverse living, working, and day structure services and stands for appreciative togetherness as well as professional support for its clients. Your role

• Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational leadership of the foundation
• Further development of the organization and shaping of change and development processes

in close cooperation with the Board of Trustees and the Executive Board

• Promotion of a value-oriented leadership and corporate culture as well as targeted development

of managers and employees

• Responsibility for sustainable corporate success, finances and quality
• Representation of the foundation towards authorities, politics and other stakeholders

Your profile

• Higher education or further training in the field of corporate management, management or comparable
• Several years of leadership experience at a general management level in a similarly sized organization
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as sound business and strategic competence
• * Experience in the development of organizations and the implementation of change processes
• Authentic personality with high leadership, communication and social competence
