Service Coordinator and Technical Support Engineer

Your tasks

• Ensuring First and Second Level Support for our customers and service locations
• Technical support via telephone, e-mail and by means of remote access
• Problem analysis / error diagnosis and implementation of solution measures
• Creation of offers and processing of service orders (spare parts, service assignments, overhauls)
• Planning, commissioning and supervision of our service technicians during assignments

Your profile

• Technical basic training (Polymechanic, Automation Technician or similar basic training)
• Further education an advantage (HF, Technical Merchant or similar)
• Experience with CNC controlled machine tools (Siemens control)
• Good user knowledge of the MS Office palette and SAP (module CS)
• High customer orientation, teamwork, reliability and resilience
• Languages: German and English (oral and written)
