ERP Business Analyst / Process Specialist 80-100 % (m/w/d)

You have already gained experience in the ERP and process environment and want to actively help shape the further development of business processes and ERP solutions? Then this position could be exactly the right one for you.

What you drive ##

• Supporting the specialist departments in the use and further development of the ERP system
• Analysis and optimization of business processes
• Recording, structuring, and prioritizing requirements
• Collaboration on ERP optimizations, system adjustments, and smaller projects
• Testing new functions as well as supporting user training
• Collaboration with Key Users, Process Owners, IT, and external partners
• Creation and maintenance of process documentation and work instructions

What characterizes you ##

• Higher education in a commercial, technical, business administration, or comparable specialist field (e.g., HF, FH, or University)
• Mandatory several years of experience as an ERP Key User, Process Owner, or in a comparable process-related function - alternatively initial practical experience in an ERP team, ideally in a manufacturing company
• Interest in business processes, ERP systems, digitalization, and continuous improvement as well as the ability to record, analyze, and document requirements in a structured manner
• Joy in collaborating with different specialist departments as well as an independent and reliable way of working
• Very good German skills (at least level C1) and good English skills (level B1 to B2) in speaking and writing
