09.06.2026 4665 Oftringen (Hybrid) Payroll • Permanent employment Hybrid Salary range 90'000 - 100'000 CHF 01 Future employer ## For an established Swiss health company, we are looking for an experienced HR specialist with in-depth payroll experience for around 150 employees and comprehensive knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system. Additionally, you bring experience in managing the entire employee lifecycle and take over HR administration independently from onboarding to offboarding. 02 Your task ## • Independent execution of monthly payroll processing for around 150 employees, including handling all social insurances and withholding tax settlements • Comprehensive management of the employee lifecycle from recruitment and entry to exit of employees • Independent creation and coordination of year-end work, including AHV-, BVG- and UVG-settlements, payroll certificates, and notifications to authorities and insurance providers • Competent contact person for all personnel- and payroll-related questions, as well as advisory support for employees and management • Creation, management, and maintenance of all HR documentation, in particular employment contracts, contract changes, mutations, and employment references throughout the entire employment relationship 03 Benefits ## • Participation in external training courses • Progressive employment conditions • International field of activity • Free parking spaces • At least 5 weeks of vacation • Responsible tasks 04 Your profile ## • Completed commercial training and ideally further education in the field of HR/Payroll • Professional experience in a similar function • Very good language skills in German in W/S, additional languages an advantage • Secure application of MS Office; experience with common payroll and HR systems an advantage • Structured, independent, and precise working method, especially when processing sensitive payroll and personnel data 05 Noteworthy ## • Progressive employment conditions • International field of activity • Free parking spaces • At least 5 weeks of vacation • Responsible tasks
