Sales Consultant Field Service BE/SO/VS

Our range consists of over 70-000 stocked items in the areas of furniture and kitchen fittings, door and construction fittings, as well as machines and tools. Our customers are joinery businesses, kitchen and interior fitters, timber construction companies, schools, resellers, as well as glass and metal construction companies.

Your task:

• Supporting and developing existing customers in the glass and metal construction segment in the regions Bern / Solothurn / Wallis
• Active acquisition of new customers and sustainable expansion of your sales territory
• Early recognition of customer needs and practical, solution-oriented, and convincing advice for your contact persons
• Selling our entire range with a focus on door, fitting, and access technology
• Accompanying customer projects in close cooperation with the internal sales service and internal specialist consultants
• Active contribution to achieving turnover and contribution margin targets

You bring with you:

• Experience in sales, ideally in field service
• Good knowledge of glass and metal construction
• Advantageously, specialist knowledge in door and access technology
• Enjoyment of active market development and building sustainable customer relationships
• An independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Persuasiveness, perseverance, flexibility, and high service orientation
• IT affinity as well as good MS-Office skills; SAP experience is an advantage
