What you will learn with us

• Activation of guests in everyday and demanding situations
• You will gain competencies in the main and work processes (communication process, knowledge management, organizational process) according to the framework curriculum for Dipl. Aktivierungsfachfrau/-mann HF
• Specialist and leadership responsibility in cooperation with the various professional groups
• Electronic documentation

What you bring with you

• Completed three-year vocational training with a federal certificate of proficiency (eidg. Fähigkeitszeugnis), a DMS-/FMS degree, or a gymnasiale Matur. (In the case of completed vocational training abroad, corresponding recognition by the SBFI or the SRK).
• Great willingness to learn as well as willingness to reflect and sense of responsibility
• Helpfulness, sociability, and team orientation
• Willingness to work irregular hours
• A warm basic attitude
• Enjoyment of versatile challenges and practical work
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
