Your tasks

• Comprehensive care and support of residents in accordance with our care concept and care process
• Taking on tasks as a reference person in care
• Participation in the care process and the assessment of care needs with RAI/BESA for assigned residents
• Electronic documentation of care via CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)
• Planning and support of medical visits
• Taking on daily responsibility
• Taking on tasks as a thematic manager of a specialized subject and participation in the group network for quality of care

Your profile

• Completed training as a healthcare specialist CFC
• Professional experience in long-term care desired
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to take these courses (covered)
• Warm and humorous attitude
• Taste for varied challenges
• Good command of German, both oral and written
