Your tasks, responsibilities:
Acquisition & Further Development: You win new concept takers and actively drive the strategic further development of our garage concept.
Customer Consulting & Support: You are close to the customer, understand their needs, and advise them in a practical manner – from marketing campaigns, websites, and social media presences to content creation and blog posts, up to interior and exterior building signage.
Project Implementation & Initiative: You tackle projects yourself, bring fresh wind and creative ideas to further strengthen our concept.
Strategic Thinking & Overview: You keep the big picture in view, recognize opportunities for optimizations, and implement them in a targeted manner.
Organization & Events: You plan and carry out customer visits, events, and trade fair appearances and ensure that our concept takers have an impressive experience.
Teamwork & Internal Coordination: You work closely with the internal service, use their support efficiently, and actively shape the cooperation.
Monitoring & Contract Management: You ensure compliance with all contractual modalities and monitor important processes.
Your profile:
You have a commercial or technical basic training as well as further training in the field of marketing, business administration, or sales.
Ideally, you bring experience in field service or a comparable function – Key Account experience is a plus.
You have a good marketing understanding and can empathize with different businesses, recognize needs, and develop practical solutions.
You convince through your consulting and sales competence and appear confident, winning, and professional towards customers.
You work very independently, proactively, and in a structured manner, keep an overview even in hectic times, and work efficiently as well as precisely.
You think entrepreneurially, recognize potentials, and bring new ideas and fresh wind into our garage concept.
You are a team player and work closely with the internal service.
Very good German and French skills at C level (oral and written) are mandatory, as you will independently take over the support of our concept takers in German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland.
You are proficient in the common Microsoft Office applications (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
You are prepared to undertake 60–80 % travel within the entire Switzerland.
