Tasks

• Leadership, motivation and further development of the kitchen team
• Responsibility for menu planning and culinary design
• Ensuring highest quality in the preparation and presentation of dishes
• Purchasing, stock management and cost control
• Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene and safety regulations

Profile

• Completed training as a chef with several years of professional experience
• Resident in Switzerland (mandatory)
• Good German language skills
• Leadership experience in high-end gastronomy or hospitality
• Creativity, organizational talent and a strong sense of quality
• Economic thinking and experience in cost management
• Team spirit, resilience and passion for gastronomy
