Group Leader Scaffolding (m/f/d)

Activities: • You take over the leadership of your team during the assembly and disassembly of facade, surface, protective, and support scaffolding as well as emergency roofs and individual special constructions • You are in close exchange with clients, suppliers, and customers • You ensure that all safety guidelines are consistently complied with and that the work meets the required quality standards Requirements: • You work with commitment and stand behind what you do - quality is your top priority. • You do not view occupational safety as an annoying regulation, but as a self-evident part of your daily work. • In contact with customers, you convince through your professional appearance: respectful, courteous, and also solution-oriented and supportive in stressful situations. • You have completed training as a group or site manager or bring practical experience in a leadership function. • A driving license of category B is available, BE is an advantage • PSAgA certificate, as well as secure attachment of loads • good German skills, reliability, and a robust physical condition round off your profile.
