In this varied and responsible function, you are the business card of our company throughout the entire Canton of Bern and the adjacent regions. You represent Maschinenring Mittelland AG as well as its services and continue to expand our network with your sales flair.

Your tasks:

• Active acquisition of new customers as well as maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships
• Acquisition of new members and consulting on the possibilities and advantages of the Maschinenring
• Planning, coordination, and execution of customer visits in the sales area
• Representation of Maschinenring Mittelland AG at trade fairs, events, agricultural schools, and networking events
• Close cooperation with the department heads as well as the internal specialist departments
• Ongoing maintenance of customer and project data in the systems used and creation of market and customer analyses

Your profile:

• Training in sales or basic commercial training with experience in field service
• Experience in new customer acquisition and in building sustainable customer relationships
• Experience and strong interest in agriculture
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and closing strength
• Service-oriented, winning, and reliable personality
• Proficient user knowledge in MS Office as well as affinity for modern digital work tools
• Driving license category B and French language skills round off your profile

Workplace: Berner Bauernverband, Milchstrasse 9, 3072 Ostermundigen with assignments throughout the entire Canton of Bern and the adjacent regions
