Every morning (6h00-8h00) ### Your mission: ### • Supervise and support the cleaning agents on site. • Supervise the services performed. • Train and support new employees. • Verify the correct use of equipment and cleaning products. • Verify the correct application of directives regarding hygiene, quality, safety, and environmental protection. • Control the quality of services performed and ensure compliance with the specifications. • Ensure compliance with schedules, safety instructions, and internal procedures. • Ensure communication with hierarchy and report important information. • Ensure the good organization of the site and the maintenance of a level of cleanliness in accordance with the client's expectations. • Report any problems, anomalies, or equipment needs. • Participate in cleaning work according to needs. Your profile: ### • Confirmed experience in the professional cleaning field. • Initial experience as a team leader or in personnel management is desired. • Ability to organize and distribute work effectively. • Autonomous, punctual, reliable, and responsible person. • Good sense of priorities and ability to react quickly in case of unforeseen events. • Ability to control the quality of work and ensure instructions are followed. • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a team. • Team spirit and ability to lead by example in the field. • Neat appearance and professional attitude. • Good command of French in order to be able to understand instructions and communicate effectively.
