HR Director - BKW Building Solutions (all) - Redesign HR and create impact where it counts

Your scope for design • Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational HR area of BKW Building Solutions with locations in Ostermundigen and Urdorf, as well as regular presence in Bulle • Development and implementation of a future-oriented HR roadmap, aligned with the requirements of the Business Area and the group-wide HR strategy • Responsibility for the further development of the HR focus areas Administration, Payroll, as well as strategic Learning & Development, to sustainably strengthen the closeness to the approximately 40 affiliated and largely independently managed companies • Strategic advisory to the Executive Board as well as active participation in transformations, reorganizations and the further development of the corporate culture • Leadership of the HR team as well as promotion of an HR organization that reaches and supports different professional groups - especially employees in industrial-technical functions - in a target-group-oriented manner Your strengths • Completed studies in Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable field of study with a focus on Human Resources Management • Several years of experience in a leading HR function with responsibility for strategic HR topics and their successful implementation • Practice in the construction or further development of modern HR organizations as well as in the design of HR Business Partnering and service-oriented HR services • Experience in Learning & Development as well as a good understanding of different target groups and decentralized organizational structures • Sound knowledge of labor law as well as confident handling of HR systems and digital work tools • Very good German and good French skills as well as enjoyment in providing orientation as a visionary personality and driving changes forward together with the business Look forward to a demanding task with great scope for design.
