The association maxi.mumm accompanies and supports unemployed persons in their professional and social integration on behalf of the Canton of Bern and the municipalities of the Oberaargau region. By developing occupation-relevant specialist and action competencies, we strive for the integration of our participants into the labor market. For industry, authorities, and the population of the region, we are a reliable service provider with social responsibility.

Two of our long-standing part-time employees are retiring; we are merging the positions and are looking for our bicycle delivery service/littering (VLD/Littering) operation and the Municipal Integration Offer (KIA) as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement

a coach or a work pedagogue (workload 100% or job sharing) with a focus on labor integration of long-term unemployed persons ##

Fixed-term employment 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 with a view to extension

This is what your daily work looks like: ###

• You are jointly responsible for the management and further development of our VLD/Littering operation and the KIA program offerings
• In day-to-day business, you coordinate the tasks of the bicycle courier and littering services and guide the program participants so that the required deadlines of customers can be met. If necessary, you will pitch in yourself.
• You want to invest in people and, in the KIA program offering, you enjoy accompanying individuals with their individual issues towards the labor market in appropriate steps.
• Administration is not a foreign word to you; you maintain the attendance list of your team and create the personnel deployment planning as well as statistics for various stakeholders
• Your communication talent allows you to communicate effortlessly and appropriately with internal and external customers (such as social services)

• Work pedagogue training, a degree in social work, a recognized coaching qualification, or basic manual training paired with leadership experience or similar qualifications in these professional fields (e.g., WB in Supported Employment)
• With your eye for improvements and your initiative, you create added value in our work processes
• You are not deterred by being part of an employee pool for Saturday shifts (approx. one working day per month)
• Respectful and appropriate interaction with people of various cultural backgrounds characterizes you
• You possess a driving license of cat. B (this is unavoidable)
• If you bring manual dexterity, we are pleased
