At PATRiS, you will look after your own client portfolio and work directly with entrepreneurs from a wide variety of industries. In doing so, you will take on responsibility, contribute your professional expertise, and accompany your clients in the long term.

To strengthen our team in Baar, we are looking for a committed personality as Mandate Manager Fiduciary (80–100%).
Your tasks
Independent management of your own mandate portfolio
Contact person for clients regarding fiduciary, tax, and business management issues
Analysis of complex facts and development of practical solutions
Preparation of annual financial statements according to OR
Management and monitoring of financial and subsidiary ledgers
Preparation and control of VAT returns
Management of payroll accounting and personnel administration including annual declarations
Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
Conducting limited audits
What you bring with you
Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Fiduciary Services, Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting, or Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Fiduciary Expert
Alternatively, you are about to complete a corresponding further education
Several years of experience in fiduciary services
Confidence in the preparation of annual financial statements
Good knowledge in the areas of financial accounting, VAT, payroll, and taxes
Enjoyment of client consulting and personal contact with entrepreneurs
Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
Professional and sympathetic appearance
Very good German skills
English skills are an advantage
Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian are an advantage, but not a must
Abacus knowledge is an advantage
