Manufacturing Technician Cable Production 80-100%

Manufacturing Technician Cable Production (80-100%) Activities: • You ensure the smooth and efficient flow of manufacturing processes. • You work closely at the operational level with the production and Process Engineering teams to constantly optimize processes. • You provide first-level support for technical malfunctions on the production systems. • You provide targeted training to the operating personnel on the respective systems and processes. • You accompany and monitor maintenance and servicing measures. • You analyze process workflows, process complaints, and initiate sustainable optimization steps. • You plan process trials, carry them out, and accompany the introduction of new products. • You actively participate in industrialization projects as well as in the integration of new systems and technologies. Qualifications • You have successfully completed a basic technical education. • You have an advanced qualification as a Process Specialist or Technician HF. • You bring several years of practical experience as a manufacturing technician from a production facility, ideally in the field of cable or length manufacturing. • You possess sound knowledge of Lean Management and apply its methods confidently. • You are characterized by a structured, goal-oriented, and analytical way of thinking and working. • You have high initiative, enjoy working in a team, and willingly take on responsibility. • You are a communicative, resilient personality with a passion for innovation and enjoyment in interdisciplinary cooperation. • You have very good German skills and preferably bring good English skills. • You have great pleasure in dealing with modern manufacturing systems as well as in working with people.
