CRS Health Care Assistant (F/M/D) in CDI between 80% and 100% \- EMS Yverdon The Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission and multi-site foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people who are fragile in their physical and mental integrity during their life process. In order to complete our support teams, we are looking for the following profile for our establishment in Yverdon-les-Bains which welcomes 26 People, specialized in geriatrics: CRS Health Care Assistant (F/M/D) in CDI between 80% and 100% \- EMS Yverdon Regardless of their function, the professionals of the Fondation Saphir have a common will, that of supporting People on a daily basis to allow them to concretely experience the institutional service strategy according to the aedis model "like at home". That is to say, to maintain their habits as much as possible, to offer an adapted response to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, to promote their well-being and their quality of life. As a CRS health care assistant, you support People in their daily lives (acts of daily life, social activities, spiritual, housekeeping) while ensuring the preservation of their autonomy and taking into account the support project. You contribute to a secure and convivial atmosphere. You participate in the Person's support project by ensuring that their environment is adapted to their needs. You will collaborate in interprofessionality and adapt your practices to the needs of each Person and participate in the implementation of individualized support.
