Project Management Officer Nuclear Power

We are looking for a Project Manager:in Officer Nuclear Power Plant Main tasks: • Consulting, guiding and supporting project and project leaders in project planning, including: • Determining the current status of projects based on SAP data. • Defining the further necessary steps according to process specifications (loan application, postponement, completion…). • Creating, planning and completing projects (creating completion reports). • Technical support in using software tools (SAP-PS, cProject, cFolder, Form Management System LIP, SAP Business Warehouse). • Training project leaders at the workplace. • Motivating project and project leaders to complete tasks independently. • Supporting the clarification of problems that arise when applying processes and using tools. • Data maintenance and preparation of evaluations for financial and project planning. • Close cooperation with Controlling and Procurement. • Support in preparing and conducting budgeting, as well as important milestones in financial processes, e.g. annual financial statement. Profile: • Experience in stakeholder management • EFZ / Diploma, Bachelor or similar • Experience with project management methods and best practices • Knowledge of project controlling and monitoring techniques • Leadership in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control • Basic IT knowledge • Microsoft Office knowledge • SAP knowledge • German language skills in word and writing We look forward to your application documents.
