Rental Consultant Your tasks You proactively advise interested parties regarding suitable rental offers You process the digital re-rental process and are in direct contact with prospective tenants and landlords You carry out viewings of the rental properties with interested parties You create online advertisements You select suitable prospective tenants in cooperation with property management You create rental agreements and support the preparation of mandate offers as well as the development of marketing measures You organize and conduct rental events You support the vacancy of properties due to renovation or demolition Your profile You have completed training as EFZ Fachfrau/mann Kundendialog or EFZ Kauffrau/mann You bring professional experience in direct customer consulting You are digitally savvy and ideally have knowledge of Salesforce You possess a driving license Kat.
