Functional Application Manager HR-Finance Tools 80 - 100% # The Personalamt des Kantons Zürich is the competence center for all personnel, labor, and social security law issues for the over 35'000 employees of the Canton of Zürich as well as many public law institutions and municipalities. We are in the middle of an exciting and far-reaching HR transformation phase. For this, we are looking for a specialist who knows the HR-finance and payroll world from practice and at the same time brings a good understanding of IT systems and digital processes. In this role, you will take on the functional responsibility for our finance applications in the HR environment and further develop systems, products, and processes together with the specialist departments and IT. Your tasks ### • Functional application responsibility as Business Owner for SAP S/4ZHSpesen as well as other finance applications in the HR environment • Further development and support of the applications as well as the associated canton-wide business processes in the area of HR finance tools • Ensuring the interface between HR systems such as H4S4 and SAP FI/CO • Functional support, process consulting, as well as creation of evaluations and reportings • Project management and collaboration in interdisciplinary project teams • Analysis, optimization, and standardization of payroll processes up to the booking • Ensuring data quality in the interaction between HR, payroll, and finance systems Your profile ### • Business administration education (Uni, FH) or comparable qualification with further training in the HR, finance, or payroll area, business informatics • Sound professional experience in the HR environment and very good understanding of HR processes and their interconnections • Experience with HR applications and finance-related tools in the HR environment as well as in their functional support and further development • Practical experience in wage accounting or in the payroll area and understanding of the corresponding processes • High IT affinity as well as good understanding of data flows and interfaces as well as systems thinking • Knowledge in SAP H4S4 and SAP FI/CO; HERMES knowledge is an advantage Our offer ### • Much room for design: You actively shape the digital transformation and take on responsibility • A versatile field of tasks with much variety in the HR and IT environment • Modern working conditions with flexible working hours and the possibility for remote work • Central workplace in Zürich - only a few steps from the main station Interested? ### Then we should get to know each other.
