What you bring: A completed degree in architecture (ETH/FH) or a comparable qualification. Several years of experience in leading challenging planning and execution projects. In-depth knowledge of SIA phases 3-5 as well as experience in BIM-based processes and ideally in agile project management. Security in financial management and controlling of complex construction projects. Sovereign appearance in dealing with clients, authorities and project partners. Leadership strength, organizational skill and a motivating, team-oriented personality with high quality standards. Calmness, overview and decision-making strength even in challenging situations. Negotiation-secure German; Austrian and English are an advantage. What to expect: You will lead challenging architecture projects independently over all project phases - from planning to implementation.
