Do you want to not only operate applications, but actively develop them further? In this responsible role, you will ensure the stable operation of our self-developed web and specialist applications and shape their future together with specialist departments, developers, and Product Owners. Your main tasks

• Ensuring the stable operation and lifecycle management of our specialist and web applications as well as processing and coordinating incidents, problems, and service requests
• Users from the specialist department, superusers, or employees value your expertise: You support them with application problems and contribute to their empowerment
• Participation in the implementation of changes and further developments in close cooperation with the Product Owner and developers
• Additionally, you create, update, maintain, and manage the necessary documentation (operating manual, user manual, instructions, etc.)
• You support the team with tests, releases, and the introduction of new functions

Your profile

• Completed training in informatics, medical informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Some years of professional experience in application management, IT operations, or a similar environment
• You have good knowledge of web technologies (.NET applications) as well as MSSQL and have initial experience in the support of web servers (IIS, Apache etc.).
• Enjoyment in working with different stakeholders
• Strong-communication personality with high customer and service orientation
