Then we look forward to your application.   In our manufacturing plant in Dietikon, we are looking for the Controlling department, starting immediately or by arrangement, for an experienced, motivated and committed Head of Controlling (70-100%) # What you will achieve with us ## In our Controlling department, you will lead our three-person controlling team and be responsible for the financial management of the company - with the goal of creating transparency, enabling sound decisions and actively helping to shape sustainable corporate success.  • Lead and develop our three-person controlling team  • Responsible for operative and strategic controlling  • Create budgets, forecasts as well as monthly and annual financial statements  • Analyze key figures and derive sound recommendations for action  • Advise the management as a competent sparring partner  • Optimize controlling processes and further develop reporting instruments  • Actively contribute to the economic further development of our company  • You bring in new ideas and act proactively in your role What we wish for ## • Completed training in the commercial sector (EFZ)  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in controlling including further education in the controlling area  • You already bring leadership experience and have possibly already completed leadership training  • Experience in plant controlling is an absolute plus  • You are strong in using Office programs and can organize your area of responsibility independently  • Very good SAP knowledge (especially S/4 Hana)  • Affinity for numbers and strong strategic thinking skills  • Strong Excel skills  • You value and promote cooperation with other internal departments  • Independent, well-structured and committed way of working even in intensive phases  • Open, reliable and communicative personality with quick comprehension  • Stylish German language skills in writing and speech  • Knowledge in the food industry is an advantage  • Analytical, entrepreneurial personality with a structured and solution-oriented way of working What you can look forward to ## A modern and bright workplace in a traditional atmosphere with a good working climate and in a motivated team awaits you.
