Reinforcement for a well-established team

The Nest office in Geneva is solidly established to represent the Zurich collective foundation throughout French-speaking Switzerland. It is currently composed of two people who advise companies and our partners in French. For Nest, French-speaking Switzerland constitutes a distinct and constantly growing market. Our team is growing from two to three. Therefore, we are looking for a person rooted in the region, sociable, reliable, and ready to take on responsibilities within a well-coordinated small team. The person will report directly to the manager for French-speaking Switzerland.

Your mission

You are the first point of contact for our partners and interested parties in French-speaking Switzerland - and much more. You advise, accompany and actively develop relationships. You appreciate the diversity of tasks, both externally and internally.

In practice, this means ###

• ? You advise intermediaries and interested companies on occupational pension matters and pension plans. You appreciate personal exchanges with our clientele and like to be in the field.
• ? You prepare offers and process affiliation documents with care and precision.
• ? You are the first telephone contact - reliable, competent, human.
• ?- You contribute to the maintenance and expansion of our network throughout French-speaking Switzerland.
• ? You work in close collaboration with the Geneva team, take on replacement tasks and relieve the team.
• ? You bring your own ideas - for processes, market presence and the development of our Geneva office.
• ? You support the manager in planning training, seminars and client events (pension seminars, events for brokers, webinars).

? Your skills ###

Mandatory:

• Commercial training or a professional maturity, ideally with continuing education in the field of LPP, insurance or financial services
• At least three years of professional experience in the field of LPP, at a broker, an insurer or a financial services provider
• Good knowledge of French-speaking Switzerland
• French as a native language, as well as the ability to communicate in German with the Zurich team and to understand internal documents - B1 minimum.
• Comfortable with Excel and the entire Office 365 suite
• You organize your work autonomously, structured and define priorities with the team
• Sociable, you appreciate networking and like to go out and maintain long-term relationships
• You wish to work within a small team offering short circuits and mutual support
