Branch Manager Construction

Tasks:
After thorough induction, you will assume leadership responsibility for the branch and represent the company externally. You will shape the corporate culture, ensure a balance between the locations, and harmonize cooperation with the group.

Profile:
Organization of the branch, in close, active cooperation with the members of the management board
Daily contact with employees and customers
Technical and financial leadership of the branch according to economic principles
Overall personnel responsibility for eight to ten employees, resource planning
Maintenance and further development of customer and network relationships
Optimization of workflows and processes
Identify and drive innovation
Project/construction management for own projects
Technical support for the team
