Your role As a practical trainer with case management responsibility, you will become part of our colorful and dynamic team. You will accompany people in different life situations on their way into training, the labor market, and professional integration. Depending on the measure, you will work with adolescents in vocational preparation, young adults in training, or adults in integration and reintegration programs. You will support them in developing their technical, personal, and professional competencies and achieving their individual goals. You are coach, reference person, practical trainer, and case manager at the same time. Your impact You accompany and promote participants in integration, training, and reintegration measures. You take over case management and coordinate cooperation with IV offices, parents, schools, employers, and other stakeholders. You develop individual learning and work programs and support your participants in building technical, methodical, social, and self-competencies. You conduct status meetings and document developments, progress, and goal achievements. You recognize challenges early on and develop suitable solutions together with those involved. You support your participants in building self-confidence, independence, and perspectives for the working world. You work closely with other practical trainers and specialists. You actively contribute to the further development of our Academy and our educational offerings. Your skills A completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) and 3 to 5 years of professional experience. You have experience in the accompaniment, promotion, training, or integration of people. You enjoy accompanying people in their development and making potentials visible. You work in a structured, independent manner and enjoy taking on responsibility. You possess high social and communication competence. You can motivate people, provide orientation, and simultaneously convey clear expectations. You communicate with stylistic confidence in German – both orally and in writing. You are proficient in using digital work tools. Experience in vocational training, labor integration, coaching, social pedagogy, or case management is an advantage.
