Your tasks Responsibility for the marketing channel "Events and Live Communication" and the associated formats (e.g. large-scale events/trade fairs, specialist conferences, in-house events, sponsoring appearances, webinars) Responsibility for the operational further development of Pistor Live Communication and the assigned projects/events, coordinated with the overarching strategic directions Independent project management (end-to-end lead) across all event phases (conception, planning, coordination, communication, implementation, evaluation, optimization) Coordination/collaboration with internal stakeholders and departments, such as sales, procurement, distribution, etc. Ensuring smooth process organization of the individual event projects On-site support for events and multi-day trade fairs, including setup/dismantling (rarely also weekend/evening assignments) Coordination of the channel «Events and Live Communication» as an instrument within operative market processing/campaign planning, including professional advice to Marketing Managers and other stakeholders Measurement of success for events/trade fairs and experiences Creation of result presentations, evaluations and reportings of events with and for different stakeholders Setting up, managing and controlling event campaigns in the CRM tool Leading external partners (e.g. event partners, sponsoring partners, agencies) Budget responsibility for the assigned projects as well as transparent cost controlling Your profile Commercial basic training and adequate further training in the field of marketing/communication and/or event management Several years of sound experience in event management (trade fair experience an advantage) Industry knowledge in the field of gastronomy and/or bakery desirable Organizational and coordination talent High conceptual skills Structured, independent and reliable way of working as well as strong communication skills High flexibility, resilience and robustness Good physical fitness (setup/dismantling, material transport) Passion for target-oriented, customer-centric and experiential event formats Good written and oral German and English skills, French an advantage Your benefits Develop further: We support your personal and professional development with a variety of internal and external training courses.
