Lawyer - Business Process Manager Financial Administration Lawyer - Business Process Manager 80% The Financial Administration organizes the finances of the Canton of Zürich and enables a comprehensive overview. It creates the budget with financial plan and the account of the canton on behalf of the Government Council. It prepares financial decisions of the Government Council, ensures efficient accounting and provides corresponding services for the entire administration. The Härtefallprogramm specialist unit implements the Covid-19 Härtefallprogramm of the Canton of Zürich to support companies affected by the measures. This includes defining and adapting processes and instruments for implementation, subsequent control of conditions and requirements including legal proceedings, loan management including collection and reporting. The specialist unit is responsible for the completely digital application, examination and payment process implemented for the Härtefallprogramm, which is used for a variety of other case processing processes in the Canton of Zürich as part of the digitization of the administration and will be further expanded. Based on practical experience in the implementation of the Härtefallprogramm, the Financial Administration was commissioned to further develop a uniform practice for application processes and the granting and management of state contributions in the Canton of Zürich.
